Cam Birds

In this project, I wanted to look at how a bunch of birds on simple cams could be grouped together to create something interesting, such a bird protest against climate change!
This project was inspired by the Chubby Chirps knitting pattern from Rebecca Danger. Once I knitted one, I couldn't stop!
First, I tested a single bird with a cam.
Then the birds began to multiply. The first version used rotation servos to control the cams.
For the 2019 Snap! conference, I modified the project to use position servos instead of rotation servos. This enabled me to make a bird piano!
